12-18 months.
How much do HomeStretch participants contribute toward the cost of the program?
Our housing programs are not free. Families pay rent based on their household income. Utilities, maintenance and insurance for the home are paid by the HomeStretch agency. In the Affordable Housing program, families pay rent based on income and are responsible for all utilities. Rent under all HomeStretch programs are significantly below market rate.

All adult family members entering our housing programs are tested for drugs. The organization also reserves the right to conduct periodic unannounced drug tests. Drug use is not tolerated and is grounds for immediate expulsion from the program.
What kind of housing do you provide?
We provide fully furnished two or three-bedroom units, depending on the size and needs of each family. All residences are located in the Roswell area.

HomeStretch is a government recognized non-profit organization. Certifiable community service hours are available to those who pass a background check.
Is this a religious program?
HomeStretch is not a religious organization. However, HomeStretch is founded on a belief of high moral principles and strong ethical standards. We endorse a lifestyle that is centered on the philosophy of western Judeo-Christian beliefs.
